Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for the operation and management of the company's overseas business, and achieving the business targets set by the company (our company is a cross-border e-commerce logistics enterprise);
Responsible for liaising with overseas warehouse partners and overseeing the operation and management of overseas warehouses in the United States, Europe, Australia, and other regions;
Responsible for developing warehouse logistics processes such as product packaging, delivery, and after-sales management;
Responsible for handling customer order status anomalies, coordinating and resolving anomalies, problems, and customer complaints that arise during the delivery process;
Responsible for overseas warehouse operation data analysis, continuously improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
