Job Description

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

SCHEDULE AND TRAINING
Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits.
Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time.
Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.
Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay.
Salary is based on a 34-hour work week.
This range is approximately equivalent to $73 - 82 per hour.
May be eligible for Sign-On Bonus or Relation Assistance.

CLINIC LOCATION
ZoomCare Progress Ridge Clinic | 12345 SW Horizon Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97007
Schedule: 1H, Sunday - Wednesday

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
Provide evidence-based medical care.

QUALIFICATIONS
Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
Experience seeing patients of all ages.
Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Standing for long periods of time.
Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
Must wear a mask as needed.
Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
