Overview BDR - Business Development Resources is hiring a Plumbing Business Coach to deliver quality coaching to our clients based on the BDR core principles and ideologies. We empower our clients to drive profit and growth in their plumbing businesses. Talk with several members before you join our team - we are an extended family! WE ARE A 100% DRUG AND NICOTINE-FREE EMPLOYER Responsibilities Conduct client calls as scheduled by the Support Coach. Responsible for completing/clearing client calls in contact management software. Create and review client management plans with the Senior Coach and work on the plan with clients. Create and communicate client call plans. Review/offer insight on the financial statements as produced by the Support Team with the client on a call following receipt of documents. Recommend process improvements to clients and /or additional training where needed for staff to help reduce the time needed to perform services. Assist the client in writing procedures, approve write-up as part of BDR philosophy, and implement with the team. Maintain accurate records of outbound and inbound correspondence with clients, including timely updates to company CRM/Scheduling/completed call process. Write clear and concise business case studies, ROI Reports, and Improvement results, along with opportunity dollars based on successful adaptation and implementation. Complete all reporting as directed. Contribute to training sessions as requested. Attend client events as directed. Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled. Other duties as assigned. Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, some weeknights, and some weekends. Overnight travel is also required. A component of this position is traveling to your client's business for hands-on process improvements within the business. Travel is limited to once per month, 3 - 4 per day on average. Location: Remote. Work from your home office, taking 4 client calls per day, offering some flexibility to your daily schedule. This position requires regular travel. Qualifications Demonstrated core leadership skills Ability to motivate and encourage others Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing Strong active listening skills Ability to confront issues head-on using tact and diplomacy Quality phone presence Compassionate, heartfelt caring for the dealer group Ability to create/direct sound business strategy and adhere to the plan Understanding the importance of selling up and managing labor Demonstrated understanding of all core BDR-recommended client procedures and processes Ability to fluently navigate the Operations Manual Ability to create and present training material to clients and team members Demonstrated strength in the understanding of human relationships and connections Possess moderate typing skills A minimum of 5 years of plumbing industry experience A minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership role for a successful contractor business that is GM level or higher Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Why work for Us?
