Private Chef

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and professional In-House Chef to provide exceptional culinary experiences for our executive. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to the tastes and dietary preferences of the executive they are serving. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a private, high-end environment, with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and serve a variety of meals according to the executive's preferences, dietary restrictions, and health requirements.
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory, purchasing, and meal prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and develop creative menus to keep meals interesting and diverse.
• Handle any special dietary needs or preferences
• Provide personalized meal experiences for business meetings, special events, or gatherings.
• Manage kitchen equipment, ensure all supplies are stocked, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Occasionally assist with grocery shopping, menu planning, and meal prep for personal and family events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Private Chef, or in a similar culinary role.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong understanding of nutrition and the ability to create healthy, balanced meals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Creativity and attention to detail in preparing visually appealing, flavorful meals.
• Ability to adapt to changing dietary needs and preferences.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
