About Us:
E Contracting Services LLC, located in Warrenton, Virginia, is a construction and trucking company that provides total site-services across the DMV area. This includes residential and commercial site development (demolition, clearing/grading), road work, hauling, wet utilities and more!
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager with expertise in site development, specifically in wet utilities , to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of utility construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Perform site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
- Ensure all work adheres to company safety policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate inspections with municipalities.
- Oversee procurement of materials and project documentation.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction (water, sewer, storm drain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local codes, municipal requirements, and utility installation methods.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., HCSS HeavyJob Software, Bluebeam).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
