Role Overview: We are seeking a QA Tester to join our dynamic development team and contribute to the quality assurance of CRMauto, a key product used by major automotive brands across Spain. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our test automation strategy, balancing manual and automated testing activities to ensure software quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong technical experience in test automation (Cypress and JavaScript) with a solid understanding of manual testing methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about building robust and scalable QA practices in a continuous integration setup. Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Test Strategy & Planning
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and coverage plans.
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation and manual testing.
• Help establish a structured QA process across the team.
• Automated Testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress.
• Ensure automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Uphold coding best practices for maintainability and scalability of test scripts.
• Manual Testing
• Conduct exploratory and regression testing to detect bugs that automation may miss.
• Execute cross-browser and cross-platform validation.
• Participate in user story reviews and define test cases accordingly.
• Bug Identification & Reporting
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
• Work with developers to ensure effective resolution and validation of bugs.
• Performance & Load Testing (Optional)
• Use tools like JMeter or Gatling to assess system performance under load.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Documentation & Test Assets
• Maintain clear and structured test documentation (test cases, data, and results).
• Contribute to shared knowledge and reusable QA assets across the team.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Engage with stakeholders to understand quality expectations and release readiness.
• Communicate clearly about testing progress, risks, and results.
• Promote QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in automated testing and QA tooling.
• Propose and lead initiatives to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.

️️️️ What We're Looking For:Experience: +3 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on automated testing. Languages: English B2+ (interview will be conducted partly in English). Technical Skills:

• Automated Testing: Strong experience with Cypress; familiarity with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar is a plus.
• Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript and testing libraries.
• Manual Testing: Ability to conduct thorough exploratory, regression, and cross-platform testing.
• CI/CD: Experience with integrating automated tests in CI/CD workflows.
• Version Control: Comfortable using Git and working with Git-based workflows.
• Testing Methodologies: Solid understanding of testing principles, defect lifecycle, and test design.
• Agile Environment: Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Familiarity with CRM systems or automotive software solutions.
• Knowledge of test management platforms (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Additional language proficiency (French, German, Swedish, Spanish) is a plus.

Our Recruitment Process:

• 15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Conversation with the technical team or case-based technical assessment.
