QC Data Specialist

W2 Contract

Salary Range: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

This position ensures the integrity and quality of data collected by QC analysts or provided by third parties and input into LabWare LIMS. It reviews and verifies that the data is accurate and aligned with internal documentation. Additionally, this position will input original data into LabWare LIMS when collected by QC analysts. Meticulous review and verification processes will help maintain high data standards and facilitate accurate and reliable data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review of data entered LabWare LIMS for accuracy against original data sources such as internal documents or third-party documents
• Input data into LabWare LIMS as the original entry for a secondary review
• Generate reports or export verified data from systems
• Scan, organize and upload data into various repository systems such as Box, LabWare LIMS, and Master Control
• Review data against limits specified in internal procedures and report to management any discrepancies noted with the original data or data entered LabWare LIMS

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelors with 2+ years of related experience
• Familiarity with LabWare LIMS, Master Control
• Experience with data entry, review and verification
• Experience with QC data or QC laboratory operations
• Knowledge of reviewing data against specified limits
