Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis to support high-volume hiring for field-based roles. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing a high-volume full recruiting desk from intake through offer. Key Responsibilities: Manage high-volume requisitions for field-based positions. Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels. Coordinate and manage a full interview schedule, including virtual and onsite interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and update candidate activity in the ATS. Qualifications: Proven experience recruiting for high-volume needs, ideally from a staffing firm or recruiting for field employees. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple openings and priorities. Experience managing interview scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Contract Details: 2-month contract. One day onsite in the West Loop. Competitive hourly rate; no conversion to permanent anticipated.
