Job Description
Health Advocates Network is seeking a **Registered Behavior Technician** to work at a Facility in **Sheridan , CA.** This is a registry position with our company.
**Pay Rate:** $36 / hour
*W2
**Shift Details:**
+ Class: RBT - IDD - CA Shift: 1 Start: 15:00:00 End: 23:00:00
**Requirements:**
+ 2 years' experience in behavioral health services (e.g., TSS/BHT).
+ Completed 40-hour RBT training.
+ Coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
**Description:**
+ Registered Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 direct service using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) in family homes, schools, and community settings. They apply individualized treatment while engaging with children and letting their personality shine.
