Join to apply for the Research Assistant role at AMR Clinical This role supports a wide variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure study activities are completed accurately per protocol. Base pay range $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Primary Responsibilities Effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain compliance with protocol deviations, serious adverse events (SAEs), and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report adverse events, including documentation in compliance with FDA, IRB, and sponsor requirements. Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and site SOPs during study activities. Assist in subject retention efforts, engaging and communicating to enhance retention throughout the study. Track and manage study supplies, lab kits, and investigational products to ensure readiness for visits. Maintain audit‑ready documentation of all study‑related activities. Accurately label, handle, store, and ship specimens per protocol and regulatory requirements. Apply strong problem‑solving skills and adapt to evolving study requirements. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and follow detailed instructions. Establish rapport with study sponsors, monitors, study participants, and assist monitors during onsite visits. Support clinical data collection (vital signs, EKG, subject weights, etc.) and medical record retrieval. Perform phlebotomy, filing study records, triage research office calls, and subject check‑in/out processes. Prepare study documents (screening packets, informed consents, chart pulls) and maintain accurate enrollment/ICF logs. Educate subjects on study diaries and unblinded duties as assigned. Position may require occasional weekend and/or overtime hours. Desired Skills And Qualifications Medical office experience, medical certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred. Phlebotomy skills are preferred. Excellent attention to detail and task management. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Proficient knowledge of operating office equipment and software. Ability to be ambulatory most of the workday. Ability to lift, transfer, push, and manipulate equipment and patients, requiring strength, gross motor, and fine motor coordination.
