As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate at Best Buy, you engage warmly with customers, demonstrating and recommending tech products to meet their unique needs. You perform cashier duties, maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning, and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and clean. The role also includes assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visits our stores. We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person’s unique needs.
