About the Role  

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll be the front-line of our customer engagement strategy – not just making calls but meeting face-to-face with high-value clients across the country. Your mission? Build genuine relationships, uncover financial goals, and structure custom financial solutions that help our clients take control of their future. 

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bethesda, MD , with frequent travel to meet with clients in person. 

What You’ll Do  

• Travel to meet with lottery winners and structured settlement holders to understand their needs 
• Conduct in-depth discovery conversations and present custom financial options 
• Build trust and guide clients through a consultative sales process 
• Collaborate with our Account Executive and Processing teams to ensure smooth deal execution 
• Manage and document all client activity in our CRM (HubSpot) 
• Represent My Payment Source with energy, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction 

What We’re Looking For  

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships and part-time roles count!) 
• Someone with a hunter mentality and strong interpersonal skills 
• Willingness and excitement to travel frequently (air, rental car, in-person meetings) 
• High energy, coachable, and eager to grow within a rapidly expanding organization 
• Organized, dependable, and driven by results 
• Must be able to work from our Bethesda, MD office daily when not traveling
