Key responsibilities include: Coordinate security posture changes and communicate updates. Ensure security briefs are accurate and current. Manage unplanned client requests. Coordinate client training exercises. Perform quality control on supervisors. Ensure deployment standards are met. Maintain trackers, rosters, and metrics. Audit daily operations. Manage personnel changes between sites. Lead weekly program meetings. Update presentation slides for accuracy. Keep leadership informed of issues and discrepancies. Serve as primary contact between management and supervisors. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Manage documentation deliveries. Requirements: Eligible for employment in the US. Minimum age 18. Pass background and drug screening. Reside within driving distance or willing to relocate. Current BSIS guard card. High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication skills. Strong judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to follow instructions and ask questions. Supervisory and mentoring abilities. Willingness to learn and improve processes. Qualifications: At least 2 years in security management. At least 3 years in corporate security. Experience in training development and implementation. Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Military, security, or law enforcement experience preferred. Proficiency in SOP writing preferred. Certifications in First Aid/CPR, Diversity/EO/SHARP, Leadership & Management preferred.
