Overview Aon is looking for a Senior Consultant, US Real Estate Research Team in San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role with three days in office, subject to change. What You’ll Do Conduct detailed due diligence and analysis of real estate funds and fund managers. Monitor fund performance and assist in preparing client reports and recommendations. Support client advisory work, including portfolio reviews and manager selection exercises. Liaise with fund managers and internal stakeholders to gather, interpret, and communicate information. Contribute to business development activities and support the preparation of pitch materials. Work collaboratively with colleagues across private markets and other Aon teams. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a team. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a Business-related field. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $111,000 to $163,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
