Senior Controls Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for automated processes.
• Program and configure PLCs, including Fanuc systems, to meet project specifications.
• Integrate vision systems into control solutions for enhanced automation capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing control systems and electrical circuits.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in controls engineering and automation.
• Strong expertise in PLC programming, Allen Bradley PLC logic and HMI displays.
• 2+ years of robot programming experience. 
• Proficient in developing and integrating vision systems into automation projects.
• Solid understanding of electrical circuits and their design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
