This role oversees all event initiatives-including proprietary programs, experiential activations, trade shows, sponsored events, and executive engagements-ensuring consistent, high-impact experiences across all channels and touchpoints.
The Senior Director manages an internal events team and external vendors, working cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, editorial, sales, finance, and production to ensure that every event supports broader organizational objectives. In addition to creative and logistical leadership, the role owns event financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis to enable data-informed planning and decision-making.

The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $145,000 to $165,000 and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs. Compensation will be determined based on the above factors along with the requirements of the position. At the L.A.
