Your ‘day To Day’ As a Team Coach you will play a pivotal role in building digital products at Philip Morris International (PMI). In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Product teams, as well as the Organization, to enable the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly and predictably through relentless focus on the customer, business value and technical and process excellence. Your mission will extend to bridging traditional business practices with agile methodologies, thereby playing a key role in PMI's transformative journey towards agile maturity. Champion and facilitate the adoption of Agile practices within the Product Team, guiding them towards effective self-organization and continuous improvement. Lead agile ceremonies, utilize agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro), and generate insightful reports to support decision-making and process optimization. Proactively identify and resolve blockers, fostering a productive and harmonious team environment. Ensure seamless integration of team operations within the PMI ecosystem, optimizing the use of agile tools and practices. Elevate the team's performance by imparting best practices in agile methodology and product backlog management. Enhance team and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and effective dissemination of information. Actively participate in Communities of Practice (CoPs), sharing insights and collaborating on agile best practices. Who We’re Looking For Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Commutable distance to Stamford, CT. 10+ years relevant experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and significant experience in Agile transformations and mentoring Agile practitioners. Bachelor's degree, master's preferred. Expert in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean. CSP-SM, PSM III, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
