As a Shift Supervisor, you would play a key role in running a successful shift. This includes crew assignment, training and motivation of your team during your shift. Producing top-quality burgers, fries and milkshakes, providing a top-notch customer service experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and appealing kitchen and dining room is what we’re all about!

In addition to competitive base pay ($15+/hour), we offer weekly bonuses and tips (avg. $1.75 per hour on top of base wages), paid-time-off , and free meals during your shift. Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time
• Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time
• 1+ years of experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, but not required
• All employees must have valid Southern Nevada Health Department Food Handler Card prior to employment
