Description Grow your emergency medicine (EM) career in Western New York! Located in Cheektowaga, Sisters of Charity St. Joseph Campus is a 125-bed hospital with an 18-bed emergency department. We treat approximately 30,000 patients per year in the ED and offer 24 hours of physician coverage and APC coverage daily.
The St. Joseph ED features 18 specially-designed private treatment rooms with computer access for bedside registration, as well as a comfortable two-story lobby and an open nurses' station design. Opened in 1960 by the Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph, this facility has been serving Western New York's Eastern Suburbs for more than a half-century.

Facility Description Opened in 1960 by the Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph the Sisters Hospital, St. Joseph Campus has been serving Cheektowaga and Western New York's Eastern Suburbs for more than a half-century. Sisters of Charity Hospital St. Joseph Campus is part of the Catholic Health System in Buffalo, New York. The emergency room at St. Joseph Campus is staffed by a team of certified emergency physicians, physician assistants and nurses whose services are available 24 hours a day. The emergency department, constructed in 2005, features 18 specially-designed private treatment rooms with computer access for bedside registration, as well as a comfortable two-story lobby and an open nurses' station design that allows for greater family access.
