We are seeking a **FAA Senior Project Manager** to lead the execution of a high-profile, multi-year, multi-site national program. This role requires expertise in managing complex projects from design through turnover, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and contractual compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate efforts to meet deliverables on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead national, multi-site projects across all phases: design, execution, testing, closeout, and turnover. + Ensure projects meet all contractual obligations, schedules, and financial targets. + Drive consistent quality across all project deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction. + Manage change, mitigate risk, and resolve construction disputes proactively. + Monitor project progress through detailed reporting and intervention strategies. + Supervise subcontractors and internal resources across engineering, construction, and technical domains. + Maintain accurate documentation and communication across stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** + **5+ years** of experience in architecture-engineering and design/build environments. + **5+ years** in the competitive construction industry with projects exceeding $4 million. + **3+ years** of experience in **Fire Alarm, Building Management Systems (BMS), and/or Security Systems** . + Familiarity with **NFPA 72 and 101** , and fire alarm systems (for fire-related projects). **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in **Engineering, Construction Management** , or a related field. + **PMP Certification** (Project Management Professional). + Certifications such as: + **XLS140/XLS3000 Fire Detection & Mass Notification Systems** + **Xtralis Vesda Accreditation** + **NICET Level III or higher** (especially for fire-related projects) This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-driven project manager to lead critical infrastructure and life safety projects.
