We are looking for a Pre-sales candidate, as a Pre-Sales Intern, the candidate will work closely with our sales and technical teams to support the sales process and help drive new business opportunities. Candidate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of pre-sales, including customer engagement, proposal development, and market research. Responsibilities include client engagement by working alongside the sales team to qualify leads and develop solution proposals based on client needs; participating in discovery sessions and needs assessments to recommend appropriate IT solutions; collaborating with internal teams to design custom IT solutions including cloud services, software applications, IT infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity; creating and delivering compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations; participating in proposal development including technical specifications, project scope, timelines, and pricing models; gaining a high-level understanding of the company’s product offerings and IT services landscape; staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends; participating in creation and submission of RFP and RFI responses; supporting sales team in building client relationships and closing deals; identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities; coordinating and assisting with Proof of Concept projects; collaborating with delivery team for smooth handoff post-sale. Requirements include pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to analyze data and market trends; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a paid internship opportunity with a pay rate of $18/hour for approximately 12 weeks, located in Charlotte, NC.
