A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building stronger client relationships every year. You'll also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure superior service to all clients, and perform other duties as assigned.

Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills, effective communication, experience with Windows-based computer programs, and adherence to additional state and local requirements.
