A typical day would involve inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building client relationships that grow stronger every year. You would also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service, and perform all other assigned duties.
Your expertise includes: a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to complete the tax return interview, effective communication skills in person and on the phone, and previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
