A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building stronger client relationships every year. You would also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure superior service to all H&R Block clients, and perform all other assigned duties.
Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to complete tax return interviews, effective communication skills, previous experience with Windows-based computer programs, and adherence to additional state and local requirements.
