We’re expanding our remote recruiting team and are looking for experienced, results-driven recruiters who thrive in a performance-based environment. Job Description: As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll identify, recruit, and place top allied health professionals in travel assignments across the U.S. This role requires resilience, sales drive, and strong relationship-building skills. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, negotiating, and supporting candidates — while hitting performance goals in a fast-paced, remote setting. Responsibilities Source and recruit healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach. Build pipelines and maintain long-term candidate relationships. Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, including offers and contract negotiations. Meet and exceed weekly activity and placement goals (calls, submissions, hires). Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals during assignments. Collaborate with internal teams to match client needs with top talent. Requirements Minimum 3 years of successful, quota-driven recruiting experience in healthcare staffing. Minimum 3 years of proven success working in a fully remote environment. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented — able to manage time effectively without supervision. Experience using ATS/recruiting platforms. Comfortable working with KPIs and driven to exceed targets. What We Offer Competitive base salary, weekly uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
