\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Colorado RN license or compact state nursing license\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience\n
• Proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips\n
• ACLS certification preferred for medical-surgical nurses\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n
• High energy, adaptability, and a positive attitude\n

\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver direct patient care to post-operative surgical and medical patients\n
• Monitor and manage patients on cardiac drips (amiodarone, diltiazem, heparin)\n
• Utilize remote telemetry equipment for continuous clinical monitoring\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including charge nurses and ACTs\n
• Accurately document patient care and interventions in MediTech EMR\n
• Contribute to a supportive, hardworking, and positive unit culture\n
