Length - 26 weeks\n*\nShift - Rotating\n*\nSchedule 3x12\n*\nStart Date 11/10/2025\n*\nGuaranteed Hours 32\n\nThis position assumes responsibility and accountability for providing nursing care for patients and their families. Assure compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and families is expected. They collaborate with providers, staff and other members of the team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.\nWhat you will do:\n\nOversees the daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety and satisfaction.\nDemonstrates ability to triage incoming patient requests for services.\nDelivers patient education to facilitate plan of care, employer informed healthcare choices, and promote optimal wellness.\nDemonstrates ability to delegate care appropriately and according to Colorado statue.\nDemonstrates competent healthcare assessment skills, prioritizing skills and critical thinking skills.\nDemonstrates ability to handle high telephone volume of patient requests for medications, information and assistance.\nAdministers medications, performs treatments, and assists in procedures as needed; consistently adhering to patient safety guidelines.\nCoordinates patient care with other physician practices, Vail Health and others as needed to achieve the highest possible level of patient care and satisfaction.\nDemonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nDelivers excellent service by utilizing Relationship-Based Care to advocate for safety, patient preferences, and optimal communication through partnering with patients and families.\nRole models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.\nPerform other duties as assigned. It is intended to be an accurate reflection of the general nature and level of the job.\nWhat you will need:\nExperience:\n\nOneyear operating room experience required\n\nLicense(s):\n\nLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.\n\nCertification(s):\n\nBasic Life Support (BLS) required.\nAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required\nPALS certification required\n\nComputer / Typing:\n\nMust possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.\n\nMust have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.\nCatalytic Solutions Job ID #4-291314.
