Overview Position: (USA) Cake Decorator Location: Sam's Club Base Pay $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr Position Summary You will drive member service by delivering bakery products that delight our members. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support member expectations. Plan bakery production, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy in decorative designs. Operate digital tools to optimize sales, production, ordering and training. Manage performance of the bakery area, controlling waste, checking quality and preparing for seasonal events. Advocate for the member experience, providing high‑quality service and products. Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation and inventory management practices. Minimum Qualifications 6 months of experience in a fresh production area. Minimum 18 years of age. Able to complete required trainings and assessments within prescribed time.
