Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of UX writing, content design, or related digital content experience
• Bachelor's degree in UX Writing, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX writing across multiple platforms and channels- operates on website mobile app and email and chat. Tailor copy to whatever is best on the channel.
• Experience writing for product interfaces, marketing communications, and transactional content
• Hard skills: have experience with larger enterprise/ company. More complex business experience. Tools: MS tools. Nice to know Figma- not required). - Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital accessibility standards
• Background in user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with content management systems and email platforms
• Experience working in agile environments
• Understanding of localization and content internationalization null
