Veterinary Practice Manager Pico Veterinary Clinic – San Clemente, CA Do you love working with pets as much as you love leading a team to success? This is not your typical “behind-the-desk” management position. What You’ll Do Lead by example—deliver exceptional patient care and client service while inspiring the team to do the same. Partner with Medical Director and Regional Director of Operations to keep our clinic thriving—medically, operationally, and financially. Jump in on the floor when needed: assisting with patients, coaching team members in real time, and ensuring smooth workflow. Keep our clients happy with unmatched communication, education, and service. Manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and hospital goals with a strategic (and slightly perfectionist) eye. What We’re Looking For A veterinary technician with strong clinical skills —you know your way around anesthesia, dentistry, lab work, and patient handling. Proven leadership and people-management skills (bonus points if you’ve managed in a veterinary setting before). Business-savvy with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
