Our client, a leading distribution center, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Cottage Grove, WI

Pay Range: $18.50

What's the Job?

• Receive incoming orders for parts, accessories, or products by inspecting documentation and matching with items received.
• Notify supervisors of any discrepancies for further processing.
• Unload received items from trucks and transfer them to designated stock locations.
• Pick orders by visually identifying part numbers, quantities, and types.
• Package orders using approved methods to ensure safe shipping and move them to appropriate staging locations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED; a degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording transactions.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and using judgment to ensure safe work methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
