Our partners at a leading manufacturer in the work truck industry, is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Search Engine Marketing Analyst with deep expertise in Amazon Advertising and SEO to drive growth across our eCommerce channels and brand portfolio. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll take the lead on optimizing our Amazon presence—both paid and organic—while also owning website SEO strategy and supporting paid search efforts across Google.

The ideal candidate is fluent in the Amazon marketplace and broader search marketing strategy, capable of using AI tools and performance data to scale visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon (Primary Focus)

  • Lead Amazon Ads strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP (as applicable), managing budgets, bids, keywords, and creative.
  • Optimize Amazon product listings for SEO, including backend keywords, titles, A+ Content, and enhanced brand content to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Amazon Brand Analytics, identifying trends and keyword opportunities to improve ROAS, TACoS, and organic ranking.
  • Collaborate with national accounts and sales to align Amazon promotional planning, merchandising, and product launch strategies.

Website SEO

  • Own and implement technical and content SEO strategies across company websites, including audits, keyword research, page optimization, internal linking, and schema.
  • Use insights from Amazon and paid search performance to inform organic strategies on the web.
  • Collaborate with content, UX, and product teams to optimize content structure and improve rankings and engagement.
  • Regularly monitor site health, crawlability, and search performance

Google Ads & Paid Search Support

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) to support awareness and conversion across key products and categories.
  • Use cross-channel data to assess performance attribution and inform ongoing budget and bidding decisions.

Analytics & AI-Driven Optimization

  • Build performance dashboards and actionable reporting for Amazon, SEO, and paid media channels.
  • Use AI tools to scale content generation, automate keyword clustering, test ad variations, and streamline reporting.
  • Stay current on search marketing trends and emerging AI technologies, proactively integrating new capabilities to maintain competitive advantage.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Amazon Ads and marketplace SEO.
  • Demonstrated success in technical SEO and on-page optimization for websites.
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and interpreting cross-channel performance.
  • Proficient with tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI content/optimization platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios is a plus.
  • Google Ads and Amazon Advertising certifications preferred.
