Position Summary
Southern NH Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical treatment of brain, spine, and peripheral nerve disorders, and will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide surgical and non-surgical treatments for neurological disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous system.
  • Conduct patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with neurologists, pain specialists, rehabilitation therapists, and other providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Participate in call rotation coverage in support of hospital needs.
  • Stay current on neurosurgical techniques, research, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, as well as state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited neurosurgery residency program.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in neurosurgery.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedication to high-quality, compassionate, patient-focused care.
